The Red House Villa is a house with a Mexican flavour that has superb views along the beach. Built around a courtyard in which there is a large fishpond and an alfresco dining area.

A unique feature of the design is the “outdoor” bathroom, situated in Vipingo on the North Coast Kenyan Coast along Mombasa - Malindi Road., close to Kilifi.

The Red House has 4 down-stairs bedrooms all with access to outside bathrooms a comfortable sitting room/dining area and a large cool spacious veranda over looking the beach and the ocean. Festooned in brightly coloured bougainvillea the house has a lovely tropical ambience. To the right of the property is an infinity pool set under a canopy of palm trees so that it remains cool even in the hottest months.

Inside the courtyard a staircase leads you up to an open roof terrace which has the most incredible ocean views - perfect for whale watching. Off the roof terrace is the master-ensuite which has not one but two bathrooms, the second is a private bath situated on its own roof terrace; perfect end to a busy day can be spent enjoying a glass of wine whilst soaking in the tub under a moonlit sky. Beach access is down a flight of stairs through the trees. There is a shower en route so you can wash the sand and salt off on the way back up in the "outdoor" bathroom.
