Sand Island Beach Cottages are situated in the South Coast Mombasa in Tiwi. It got its name after the 'island' that emerges at low tide a lagoon is formed leaving miles of ocean reef and pools. Ideal for swimming, snorkeling and discovering the caves and overhangs of this un-spoilt coastline. Only 30 metres from the Indian Ocean, set back in the cooling shade of palm trees, the six self-catering cottages are fully equipped for the perfect beach holiday.

Accommodating from two to eight people, each cottage has it's own private verandah an idyllic spot to savor the colors of a tropical sunrise or escape the heat of the mid-day sun. Linen towels and mosquito nets are all provided. Delicious fish and seafood can be bought daily from local fishermen.
