5 generous sized air-conditioned bedrooms for that afternoon siesta, or join the family hustle and bustle in your own private pool. The house is strategically orientated to get the most spectacular sunsets all year round – sundowners on the roof are not to be missed, there are only a very few locations like this in the world.

The design is large and airy to free your spirit, yet modern, minimalist, cool and light with simple elegant structures to relax all the senses whilst being pampered by 4 full time staff. The roof is 60% covered by ‘makuti’(dried palm tree leaves), which provide shade for the roof top lounge, bar and dining room which seats 8 or more at the grand table.

After dinner one can then meander just feet away to view the most incredible evening spectacle on the star gazer sofa under an open African sky, seemingly you can reach out and touch this fairy light display. Whilst some months are better than others to watch storms of shooting stars, a trained eye can always pick out a number of zodiac signs respective to the time of year. On the top floor there are two bedrooms both with air conditioning.

The first master room hosts a ‘huge’ four poster bed, dressing table, large mirror; a comfortable chair and foot stool all of which look out through 4 magnificent sliding French windows with views overlooking the Creek, also large veranda. The second bedroom on this floor is ideal for the children or adults sharing, it has three single 4 poster beds, walk in dressing room, comfortable/relax chairs with stool, dressing table and veranda also overlooking the Creek. Second floor there are two bedrooms both with air conditioning.

Once again all of which look out through 4 magnificent sliding French windows with views overlooking the Creek. The second bedroom, another 4 poster bed, walk in dressing room, relax chairs with stool, dressing table, additionally en-suite bathroom, shower, single bath and modern toilet and basin.

Four of the bedrooms host a luxury veranda where early morning tea is spectacular watching the birds in the trees or monkeys in the mangroves and if you are exceptionally lucky at the swimming pools edge! Lying in bed overlooking the sea, one can drift in and out of slumber land as effortlessly as the ‘nglaows’ that gently sail past or be awakened as the silver rainbows of sardines leap from a calm sea.

The only room with exception to these spectacular views is the poolside bedroom which opens only feet away from the large swimming pool where a spirited dip in the morning or a soothing float at the end of a hot day can be enjoyed. A large swimming pool sits in the front of the house; it has both a shallow end for the smaller members of the family as well as an 8 foot deep end. There are numerous covered sun lounges, deck chairs as well as tables standing Makuti umbrellas if it gets too hot!
