Our costs include: accommodation as stipulated in the itinerary, Transport in custom built Open Roof Safari Cruisers, services of an english speaking tour driver/ guide, game viewing drives and parks entrance fees as per itinerary all government taxes and levies, mineral water during game drives only, flying doctors society membership for one month, free safari hat and t-shirt

Our costs exclude: all items of personal nature e.g. telephone call bills, fax/email bills etc, tips and gratuities to hotel, lodges, camp staff and driver/ guide, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks , any local or international flight and departure taxes, laundry services, any other item not included in our itinerary, holiday supplements over easter, christmas & new year.

Day 1 - Nairobi

On arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta international airport, you will be met and transferred to the Nairobi hotel. Afternoon visit the famous Karen Blixen museum and the giraffe centre in Karen / Langata. Lovingly cared for by the national museums of Kenya, Karen Blixen's home is one of a number of highly interesting museums, archaeological and prehistoric sites to be found throughout Kenya. Dinner and overnight at the hotel

Day 2 - Meru national park - Elsa’s kopje

After breakfast transfer to Wilson airport for your domestic flight to Meru. You will be met and transferred to Elsa’s kopje luxury camp. Meru is home to the lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and other savannah game. Afternoon is spent game viewing. . Elsa’s kopje in Meru offers many activities to visitors, including day and night game drives in 4x4 WD vehicles; escorted bush walks; and incredible bird watching. Day 3 - Meru - Elsa’s kopje

After breakfast go for a game drive in the park. Those interested in experiencing the bush at night have the opportunity in Meru, as it is one of the few places in Kenya offering night game viewing. Night game drives are special drive. Nocturnal animals such as aardvark, porcupine, and silver backed hyena and leopard can be seen.

Day 4 - Lewa downs sanctuary

After breakfast commence your safari with a drive south to Lewa downs sanctuary. Arrive at Lewa downs wilderness trail at lunchtime. After a few hours of relaxation, spend the rest of the afternoon game viewing. The area around is home to the rare and beautiful species of northern Kenya such as grevy zebra, gerenuk giraffe and the Somali ostrich. Elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard and the more common savannah game are also abundant here. Sitatunga - aquatic antelope - are extremely rare in Kenya, but can be found in Lewa. Day 5 - Lewa downs sanctuary

This day is spent in Lewa downs sanctuary with morning and afternoon game viewing. you can choose whenever you would like to go on the following activities offered; the conservancy offers many activities to visitors, horse riding; game watching up close from secluded game blinds; day and overnight camel safaris; incredible bird watching; educational talks on the conservancy and related issues; visits to the il n'gwesi masai cultural boma; walking safaris; cultural visits with local communities and swimming, tennis and jogging for the active. Day 6 - Masai Mara

Early breakfast and transfer to Nanuyki airstrip for your flight to the Masai Mara. Today’s flight takes you through the Great Rift Valley, the longest rift in the crust of the earth, to the Masai Mara. You will spend two full days in this natural paradise among zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, buffalo, elephant, antelope and gazelle. You will encounter prides of lion resting in the shade of acacia trees or lying low in the tall grass, in wait for their next meal. There is a good chance of spotting cheetah and if you are lucky, a as well as the shy leopard. Take lunch, dinner and stay overnight at Mara explorer luxury tented camp

Day 7 - Masai Mara

We go game watching before and after breakfast and again in the afternoon, with lunch and a siesta at the lodge. In the evening, it is time for a well-deserved shower and a refreshing drink before dinner. The camp, situated on the Mara savannah offers a fantastic view of the Mara plains and you can easily observe the herds of game on the plains in front of you. All meals at the camp. Day 8 - Nairobi

Leave the camp after breakfast and fly back to Nairobi arriving in the early afternoon. We will see you off to the airport.
