This may come as a surprise to many of our new clients, but in most cases our meeting shopping and planning services are free. That's right.

We are paid by the destination hotels and resorts you choose. And no, they don't charge a premium because you are using our services. Due to the high volume ?of business we bring to these properties and our extensive industry contacts, we are able to negotiate much lower rates for you than you can do on your own. This is how our industry works.

Some of our clients ask us to be on-site, managing all aspects of their meeting. In these cases we do charge a fee for on-site management and execution. But this is where the fun come in. We would love for you to talk with any of our clients and you'll understand why they won't go on-site without us!
