Baobab & Desert Rose Cottages are a self catering cottages, part of Ali Barbour’s property located in Diani Beach, comprising, Flamboyant Boutique Hotel, Ali Barbour’s Cave Restaurant and the Forty Thieves Beach Bar.

Desert Rose Beach Cottage sleeps 7 people, with 2 doubles rooms and 1 triple (bulk beds) all located ground floor. The spacious and attractive lounge has a bar overlook the magnificent garden with stunning ocean view. An open plan living room/dining, a fully equipped kitchen, generator backup, hot water. Desert Rose is located close to shops, restaurants, an 18 hole golf course, water sports centre and the Shimba Hills Game Park. Desert Rose has a cook/cleaner at your convenience. The tennis court and the squash court of Flamboyant are available on request.

Cuisine is seafood oriented, highlighting the Swahili Coastal culinary specialities. Other preferences such as International, Traditional Cuisine or Vegetarian diet, are also served but on request, and deliveries can be made to your cottage from the bar and restaurant, again on request.
Ali Barbour's Cave Restaurant is opened every evening, from 18:30, and do require reservation.

Baobab has a cook/cleaner at your convenience. The tennis court and the squash court of Flamboyant are available on request.
