Day 1 - Amboseli National Park
Pick-up from your Nairobi hotel and drive south to Amboseli
National Park arriving in time for lunch at lodge/camp. Afternoon
game drives until sunset. This park is famous for its elephants
and the majestic view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight

Day 2 - Amboseli National Park
Spend a further day in Amboseli National Park with morning
and afternoon game drives and the majestic views of Mount
Kilimanjaro in the back ground. Here you get a chance to watch

Day 3 - Aberdare National Park
After breakfast morning drive with picnic lunches en route
to Aberdares national park arriving in the mid-afternoon at
Outspan hotel where you will be transferred in special vehicles

Day 4 - Samburu Game Reserve
After breakfast morning drive father north across the equator
to Samburu game reserve arriving in time for lunch at Shaba
Sarova Lodge. Afternoon game drives until sunset. Samburu
game reserve has very unique wildlife, such as the grevy zebras,
the oryx, the gerenuk, dik-dik. Its cat population is abundant,
with cheetah, the highlight for any safari. Dinner and overnight

Day 5 - Samburu Game Reserve
Spend a further day in Samburu game reserve with morning
and afternoon game drives watching cheetahs, lions, zebras,
oryx, and the gerenuk. All meals included. Overnight at lodge/camp
Day 6 - Lake Nakuru National
Park
After breakfast morning drive down the floor of the Great
Rift Valley escarpment to Lake Nakuru national park arriving
in time for lunch at lion hill lodge. Lake Nakuru is a small,
shallow, alkaline-saline lake located in closed basin without
outlets in the eastern rift valley. It is in the centre of
lake Nakuru national park famous for its spectacular bird
fauna (499 species), particularly the vast flocks of lesser
flamingo. Afternoon game drives until sunset. Dinner and overnight
at lodge/camp.
Day 7 - Masai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast morning drive across the Great Rift Valley
escarpment to Masai Mara game reserve arriving in time for
lunch at Mara Sarova camp. Afternoon game drives until sunset.

Day 1 - Nairobi

airport, you will be met and transferred to the Nairobi hotel.

After breakfast go for a game drive in the park. Elsa’s

Those interested in experiencing the bush at night have the
opportunity in Meru, as it is one of the few places in Kenya
offering night game viewing. Night game drives are special

Day 4 - Lewa downs sanctuary
After breakfast commence your safari with a drive south
to Lewa downs sanctuary. During your transfer you will see
breathtaking views of the surrounding country. Arrive at Lewa
downs wilderness trail at lunchtime. After a few hours of
relaxation, spend the rest of the afternoon game viewing.
The area around is home to the rare and beautiful species
of northern Kenya such as grevy zebra, gerenuk giraffe and
the Somali ostrich. Elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard and the
more common savannah game are also abundant here. Sitatunga
- aquatic antelope - are extremely rare in Kenya, but can

This day is spent in Lewa downs sanctuary with morning and
afternoon game viewing. you can choose whenever you would

riding; game watching up close from secluded game blinds;

this natural paradise among zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, buffalo,
elephant, antelope and gazelle. You will encounter prides
of lion resting in the shade of acacia trees or lying low

Day 1 - Nairobi

luxury tented camp, set on a 22,000-acre rhino sanctuary in
the ol pejeta game ranch.
Apart from offering an excellent opportunity to get close
to the endangered black rhino, ol pejeta is also home to the
lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and other savannah game.

Day 3 - Ol Pejeta Game Ranch
After breakfast you have the opportunity to visit the chimpanzee
sanctuary. Sweetwaters game sanctuary has set up a 200-acre
chimpanzee sanctuary. A visit to the sanctuary and the 30minute
boat ride (weather permitting) on the river among the chimps
is a must. The aim of the project is to set up a colony where
chimps can be introduced, rehabilitated and taught to fend
for themselves in an area similar to their natural living
conditions. Priority is given to orphaned and abused chimps.
The sanctuary currently has 27 chimps, including 2 babies
born in the sanctuary.
Those interested in experiencing the bush at night have the
opportunity at ol pejeta, as it is one of the few places in
Kenya offering night game viewing. Night game drives are special.

Samburu people will take you on a safari through the bush

the longest rift in the crust of the earth, to the Masai Mara.
You will spend two full days in this natural paradise among
zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, buffalo, elephant, antelope and
gazelle. You will encounter prides of lion resting in the
shade of acacia trees or lying low in the tall grass, in wait
for their next meal. There is a good chance of spotting cheetah

Day 1 - Lake Naivasha
You will be met on arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta
international airport, commencing your safari with a pleasant
drive to Lake Naivasha. Lake Naivasha is one of the many beautiful
rift valley lakes, and home to thousands of flamingos and
other bird and animal life. Arrive at Loldia house before
lunch, check in and you will have time to relax before going
for lunch. In the afternoon, you can by foot explore the farm's
8,000 acres amongst herds of wild antelope and zebra, and
tour the beautifully tended gardens that reach right to the
edge of lake Naivasha. Go for a boat ride on the lake, where
you can see hippos and hundreds of species of birds. Thereafter
return to your lodge by Lake Naivasha. Dinner and overnight

Day 2 - Lake Nakuru
After breakfast commence your safari with a pleasant drive
to Lake Nakuru national park. Lake Nakuru is one of the many
beautiful rift valley lakes, and home to thousands of flamingos
and other bird and animal life. You will view game which includes
a visit to the lake to see the flamingos. Thereafter return
to your lodge by Lake Naivasha. Dinner and overnight at Loldia

Day 3 - Masai Mara
After breakfast you will be driven across the floor of the
Great Rift Valley, the longest rift in the crust of the earth,
to Masai Mara. You will spend three nights in this natural
paradise among zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, buffalo, elephant,
antelope and gazelle. You will encounter prides of lion resting
in the shade of acacia trees or lying low in the tall grass,
in wait for their next prey. There is a good chance of spotting

Day 4 - Masai Mara
After breakfast the morning is spent game viewing. Lunch
at the camp. The camp lies on the banks of Mara River with
a view of the Mara reserve, and you can easily observe the

Day 5 - Masai Mara
Spend the whole day in Masai Mara. Go for game drives and
you have the option to take your lunch as a picnic or return
to the camp for lunch. From the camp you have a view of the
Mara reserve, and you can easily observe the wildlife. Spend
the afternoon game watching. Dinner and overnight at lodge/camp
Day 6 - Mfangano Island, Lake
Victoria
After breakfast fly at 08.30 from Masai Mara to Mfangano
island camp. The flight takes approx. 45 min. upon arrival
you are met at the airstrip and transferred by boat to the
camp. The transfer takes approx. 20 min. lapped by the waters
of Lake Victoria; Mfangano island camp is an oasis of tranquillity.
It is set in beautiful gardens in a secluded bay, where fish
eagles nest and cormorants sun themselves on the giant boulders.
Check in at the camp and a delicious lunch freshly caught
fish can be served on the lake side deck. In the afternoon
you have several activities to choose from such as:
Fishing for Nile perch, swimming in the lake & swimming
pool, visits to the local villages & school, otter-watching
by boat, sailing, walks along the lake shore, bird watching.
Dinner and overnight at Mfangano island camp
Day 7 - Mfangano Island
Spend the whole day at Mfangano. During the day, compare
your fishing skills to those of the peerless fish eagles.
Lunch at the camp and you have the whole day to choose from
several activities such as:
Fishing for Nile perch, swimming in the lake & swimming
pool, visits to the local villages & school, otter-watching
by boat, sailing, walks along the lake shore, bird watching.
Stay the night in rooms built in traditional local style and
watch the burning African sun sink from the sky, eat dinner
under the stars and be gently lulled to sleep by the waves

Day 8 - Masai Mara Nairobi
Leave the island after breakfast and head back to Masai

Day 1 - Sweetwaters
On arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta international
airport, you will be met and commence your safari driving
north to Sweetwaters tented camp. Check in and lunch will
be served as from 12.30. At 15.00 you will go for a game drive
in the sanctuary and encounter several species of wildlife.
Visit the chimpanzees at Sweetwaters, and if the weather permits

Day 2 - Samburu
After breakfast you will proceed to Samburu arriving at

Day 3 - Samburu
Breakfast at the camp and spend a full day in Samburu. After
breakfast you will be met by Samburu tribe’s men and
dressed up for your visit to a Samburu village. Leave the
camp and walk to the village. Upon arrival there will be a
welcome song by Samburu women followed by a briefing of the
village. Spend the day with the tribe’s people to fetch
wood and water. Learn how to make fire the Samburu way (twirling
sticks); women will clean milking gourds as the men go outside
the village to usher in livestock from grazing. You will be
shown to milk the animals (goats) and also participate when
the Samburu elders pray and talk about issues concerning the
village well being. Lunch in the village (lunch will be provided
by Samburu intrepid kitchen staff.) in the afternoon learn
the Samburu beadwork, leatherwork, weaving hut building and
traditional games. In the early evening there will be a cultural
lecture and/or story telling session for everyone, the return
to your camp for a well deserved shower. Dinner & overnight

Day 4 - Lake Naivasha
After breakfast drive from Samburu, into the rift valley
to your lodge situated on the hills overlooking Lake Naivasha
one of the many beautiful rift valley lakes, and home to thousands
of flamingos and other bird and animal life. Arrive for a
late lunch. Check in and spend the afternoon to relax with
several activities to choose from such as golf, tennis, swimming.

Day 5 - Lake Naivasha
Breakfast at the lodge. In the morning you will have the
opportunity to visit the communities living on Mount Eburru.
We visit the three communities living on the mountain. They
are people from the kikuyu, turkana and nderobo tribes. The
nderobo are the indigenous and most interesting. The two other
tribes are new arrivals from different parts of Kenya, but
are of interest in their own right. We also visit a local
school where the children are always ready to sing for the
visitor. The visit will take approx. 2 hours.
Return to the lodge for lunch. The second cultural experience
today is to a Masai centre and also a visit to Crater Lake.
The visit to the Masai centre will show you how the Masai
people live. At Crater Lake you will go on a walking safari
on the rim of the lake and if you are lucky you will see the
shy black & white colobus monkey. Drive back to the lodge
in time for dinner and overnight at Great Rift Valley lodge
Day 6 - Masai Mara
Continue across the floor of the Great Rift Valley, the

at 14.15 under the historical sausage tree near the main area
whereby the camp cultural lecturer will give you a fascinating
interesting and educative lecture on the culture of the masai
who have inhabited the Mara region for the last 300 years
with each of the succeeding generation finding no pleasure
to hunt any wild game animals for food unless under severe
times of famine. The lecturer will talk on the history, homestead,
and roles of one in the community, the different stages of
life, the modern Masai and the changes taking place within

Day 7 - Masai Mara
Spend early morning game viewing with lunch and a siesta
at your camp. Afternoon visit to a traditional Masai village
a kilometre away from the camp and situated in the middle
of the Mara, constructed with natural materials from the orange
- leafed croton shrubs will give you an experience you have
always longed for. Here you have a chance to interact with
people who have maintained their unique cultural ways of life
for many decades. tall and elegant with narrowly plaited hair
painted in red ochre, the village warriors (Moran) performs
cultural dances thrilling to the bottom of the heart leaving
you with lasting memories to take home. Return to your camp
with a game drive en route. In the evening it is time for
a well-deserved shower and a refreshing drink by the campfire
