Day 1 - Arrive Mombasa

Arrive in Mombasa where you will be met and transferred to your choice of beach hotel.

Day 2 - Mombasa

A full day at leisure to enjoy the hotel’s water-based optional activities or simply relax poolside. Why not take an optional Dhow Cruise or enjoy the Sun et Lumiere Show this evening?

Day 3 - Mombasa

The day begins with a tour of Mombasa including a visit to Fort Jesus and he Akamba Wood Carvers. After lunch at a local Chinese restaurant , travel to Haller Park (formerly known as the Bamburi Nature Trail) . The area was reclaimed from a coal quarry and turned into a nature trail. Along with a chance to see a working fish farm, hippos, buffalo, antelope, and birdlife may also be seen.

Day 4 - Shimba Hills

Today drive Shimba Hills National Park, a 320 square kilometer forest, first made a reserve in 1903. Among the species found are the handsome and rare roan antelope and sable antelope. Tonight enjoy nocturnal game viewing at your lodge’s floodlit water hole.

Day 5 - Mombasa
Return by road to Mombasa today, where the remainder of he day is at leisure.

A final day to enjoy the beach or perhaps take an optional excursion in Mombasa.
